Admission

To begin the application process with the school, the following paperwork is to be submitted to the school office:

Upon completion of the admissions interview, you will be notified as to whether or not your child is accepted for enrollment as Fort Lauderdale Christian School. Families with children accepted for enrollment will receive a packet of registration materials.

1.

A completed application form along with a non-refundable application fee, for each child seeking admission. A copy of the student's birth certificate must be included.

2.

A completed Pastor's Recommendation Form. Please give the form to your pastor to be completed and sent to us.

A completed Parent Testimonies Form.

Registration for the current school year is open to returning Fort Lauderdale Christian School families in mid-February.

Registration for the upcoming school year is open to new families on March 1 of that year.

After the registration form and registration fees have been submitted to the school office, your child will be considered enrolled and his/her name will be added to the class list.

Copies of report cards, standardized test scores, and any other information relating to your child's academic experience.

A completed "Request for Student Information" (included in this packet). Please give this form to your child's present/previous school to be completed and sent to us.

6.

A completed Student Application for Admission Form for students in grades 6th-12th.

7.

A signed Association Membership Statement.

When all of the above items have been received, an admissions interview with the Admissions Committee will be scheduled.
