Financing Christian Education

Financial Procedures

Parents may elect one of four options to pay for the coming year's tuition:

  • Payment in full by July 1 with a 5% discount
  • Payment by semester due July 1 and January 1 with a 3% discount
  • 12 equal monthly payments due on the 1st of each month starting July 1
  • 10 equal monthly payments due on the 1st of each month starting August 1

Tuition Assistance

Parents who are unable to pay the cost of tuition will have an opportunity to apply for assistance. Assistance will be offered to the extent that funds are available. The paperwork to apply for this assistance is available after a family has been accepted for enrollment and has paid the registration fee.

Tuition income is the primary source of funding for the school's operations. However, the school society recognizes that in order to balance the principle of maintaining financial viability with the desire to provide a Christian education to all families who sincerely desire it, the school has to look to the broader school society for financial resources. This is in keeping with the words from Galatians 6:2 that Christians "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."

It is important to remember that it is the parent's ultimate responsibility to provide for their children's Christian education and thus must make a maximum and realistic financial commitment. It is also important to remember that there is a Christian community supporting each family in that commitment.
