FLCS Craft Fair Details

ANNUAL CRAFT FAIR - FLCS

Saturday, October 18, 2008

8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Fort Lauderdale Christian School invites you to participate in our Craft Fair. We are anticipating a wonderful day for our school and would love to have you join us as we support more than 50 years of Christian education.

$2 for Adults / Children under 12 free

The Craft Fair will be held in our air conditioned gymnasium!

Food and drinks will be sold throughout the day. Vendors will receive one complimentary coffee and muffin per table.

When completing the vendor application please remember to check the appropriate space for tables requested.

SHOW DATE:

Saturday, October 18, 2008, 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

LOCATION:

Fort Lauderdale Christian School Gymnasium

FEES:

$80.00 for one space (one 8' table provided)

$100.00 canopy location (one 8' table and one 6' table provided)

$150.00 for two spaces (two 8' tables provided)

$60.00 for outside spaces (call for details)

SETUP:

All participants must have their displays completely set up by 8:30 a.m. The school will be open FOR EXHIBITORS ONLY on Friday night from 6:00-9:00 p.m. for early set-up or 6:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Tables must be covered on three sides to the floor.

DELIVERY:

Participants may unload displays on the north side of the gymnasium. After unloading, please park in the church parking lot next door. This will allow more parking for shoppers.

RULES:

All items to be sold shall be made available to the FLCS staff for approval upon request, and FLCS reserves the right to prohibit sales of items deemed objectionable.

Because FLCS does not recognize the observance of Halloween on its campus, please refrain from the sale of any items that depict witches, ghosts, jack-o-lanterns or goblins. Please continue to focus and utilize the harvest, fall and Christmas themes in your booths. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

No smoking allowed anywhere on the school campus.

Eating and drinking is permitted only in designated areas.

Exhibitors are expected to display during all hours of the show.

Breakdown must be completed by 6:00 p.m. but not prior to 3:00 p.m.
