I hereby agree that:

1. I will be responsible for initial set-up and will clean up my space at the end of the day.
2. My table will be covered on three sides to the floor.
3. I will not begin taking down my displays until 3:00 pm on the day of the Craft Fair.
4. I will not smoke on the school grounds (nor will anyone I bring with me to the fair).
5.I understand that FLCS is not responsible for the loss or damage of items for sale, personal injury, or property damage.
