ACCELERATED READING Each quarter students will have one required AR book. It will be a read alone book. It is very important that the students have these books at the beginning of the respective quarter so that they can stay on top of their AR reading. CURRICULUM READING BOOKS We will be using three reading books in connection with our Social Studies curriculum. We will use these in addition to our textbooks for these three units. Students will be expected to read a certain amount of pages each night, and then we will discuss the reading and do activities in class the next day. There will be no other Social Studies homework while reading these books. Please make sure to have these at the beginning of the school year!
